There is seating inside as well as in a covered outdoor area, which seems perfect for families with kids (extra room to run around). The evening we visited, we opted for indoor seating, which is in a fairly large, open space with counter service and views of the kitchen. We all opted for the 2 meat plate, with the choice of two sides, and we loved every bite. If you add up all the items on each plate, we had the mild Thorndale sausage, brisket, pork spare ribs, beans, cole slaw and potato salad. The sausage was flavorful and satisfying with a nice snap from the casing. The brisket was tender and juicy with just the right amount of seasoning. The pork ribs were my favorite--fall off the bone goodness and very succulent. I was sorry I only had two. The sides were great accompaniments, but the highlight of the meal was definitely the meat. There was no room for dessert, but I would love to go back for some peach cobbler during peach season this summer.

Open every day except Mondays, Stiles Switch is available for catering your special events (Graduation and Father's Day are coming up and are events that could be made even more special catered by Stiles Switch). This is the place for great barbecue for lunch or dinner without hours of waiting in line. (Cathy)
