I do know what drink I would serve. This little cocktail from Jamie Oliver is fast, easy and delightfully smooth. And it seems to pair well with a variety of foods. The only minor change I made was substituting Tito's Vodka for Grey Goose. Make sure your glasses are chilled well before toasting the winners. Enjoy the show.
1 1/2 ounces vodka
1 ounce St- Germain elderflower liqueur
3/4 ounce lime juice
2 ounces club soda
Place a champagne flute in the freezer to chill. In a cocktail shaker filled 2/3 with ice, add vodka, St.-Germain, and lime; shake for 30 seconds. Double strain into the chilled flute, top with club soda and serve. (Serves 1)
