Blood Orange Sparkler
1 cup fresh blood orange juice (strained)
1 cup Cointreau (orange liquor)
1 bottle chilled Champagne (or your favorite sparkling white wine)
Peel from blood oranges for garnish, optional
Stir juice and orange liquor in a pitcher. Cover and chill. Divide into champagne flutes, filling about ½ of flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with peel if desired.
