Warm Figs with Goat Cheese and Honey
1/2 pound figs, stems removed and cut in half lengthwise
1/4 cup goat cheese
1/8 cup honey
Course salt and pepper
Place cut figs face up on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press a small dollop of goat cheese onto the middle of each fig. Drizzle with honey, a touch of salt and and a generous amount of fresh cracked pepper. Broil in oven for five minutes. Serve immediately.
