1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce cranberry juice (free of sweeteners)
3 ounces Champagne (I would use a cava or other dry sparkling wine here)
In a Champagne flute, add Cointreau and cranberry juice. Gently stir together and top with sparkling wine. (Serves 1)
