Radishes with Chives and Smoked Salt
1 bunch of radishes, sliced thin
4 tablespoons crème fraîche or Mexican crema
A squeeze of lemon juice
2 tablespoons minced chives
Generous pinch of smoked salt (found in the bulk spice section of Central Market, Whole Foods, or HEB)
On a medium platter, arrange the sliced radish in an overlapping layer. Add a squeeze of lemon to the crème fraîche and whisk together. Drizzle crème fraîche over the radishes, sprinkle with minced chives and smoked salt and serve.
