2 lemon slices
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1/2 ounce St-Germain (elderflower liqueur)
4 ounces sparkling rosé
Place a smaller amount of ice in a rocks glass then add a lemon slice, bitters, and St-Germain. Add a bit more ice, throw in second lemon slice and top with rosé. (Serves 1)
